Thing #7

Oh my gosh! How scary is that...to leave a comment on a real somebody's blog! It is quite comfortable leaving comments on the blogs of people in our class. It's safe and I know they won't think terribly of me. But to see your blog and address listed on something that's really out there scares me...knowing I can now be judged by everybody in the world. It really makes me think carefully about any comment I venture to leave.

    Okay - time to take a leap of faith! These people have no idea who you are or where you live! It is safe to leave a comment. If you don't like what they say about your comment - just delete it from your reader and you'll never have to go back again! You can do it! I'm cheering for you!

    Thanks so much for the encouragement. I kind of feel like The Emperor's New Clothes...I'll be unmasked as an idiot!I'll just have to get over my fear and step out there.

    I'm sure others would appreciate your thoughtful insights! Think of how you feel when others comment on your posts. PS(I'm really a scared commenter too but I'm getting better :-)
